fantastic city escape!

helpful staff relaxing spa excellent breakfast

i found the staff helpful. the spa area was lovely and relaxing. the breakfast buffet was excellent and offered many choices. the hotel had brollies , which i appreciated on rainy days!!!

i noticed a slight lack of natural light throughout the hotel.

the hotel is close to key attractions. historical landmarks are also within walking distance. this location made it easy to explore the city, and i liked being near so many points of interest!!!

confusing controls dark fumbling

the staff was helpful when i needed directions.

The light switches were a nightmare to figure out. I spent way too much time fumbling in the dark. the controls were not intuitive, and it became really frustrating (especially when trying to get up at night).

The staff was friendly and helpful, which I appreciate. The location was great!

The room was small though the shower had a glass wall and the toilet area lacked privacy. Lights were hard to use in the dark.

the room lacked practical features. there were no towel bars in the bathroom and only one hook. i found this inconvenient

breakfast included an additional menu i could order from, in addition to the continental spread. the hotel has a rooftop bar, a great place to take in the sunsets. the downstairs bar was nice.

the shower stall is a clear glass box that projects into the bedroom (i found it a bit strange). the bathroom has a single hook and no towel bars, though there were two robes. the doors of each elevator are recessed from the hallway.
